Vintage 1980s Veneta Lumi Lulù table lamp in green and beige ABS, conical shade on a slender stem with a layered disc reversed cone base, the classic table lamp silhouette reinterpreted entirely in moulded plastic, the form simultaneously referencing tradition and undermining it. Veneta Lumi produced lighting in the Veneto region of northern Italy and became closely associated with the Italian postmodern movement of the 1980s, producing lamps in bold colours and unconventional materials alongside their more restrained colourways.
