Fratelli Reguitti valet

Charming wearer or night valet from the famous italian brand fratelli reguitti dating from the 60s or 70s. The brand logo is affixed to it with the marking "made in italy". It is made of varnished solid wood, mahogany perhaps for the arched part. It has 4 small casters, two small retractable rods with a plastic ball at the end to hang ties, scarves or necklaces and the small tablet to put watch, glasses and jewelry. It is in good structural condition, still very solid but does not hide the traces of use and its age: many and varied marks on the wood (small stains, abrasions and cracks on the varnish, marks of blows, one of which is more important on the end of the hanger that I camouflaged with a little brown paint), one of the casters does not turn freely despite my careful cleaning, the 4 have a little surface corrosion on the golden metal parts. On the photos up close, all this seems well showy, but in reality, when you do not have your nose on it, it still presents rather well. I passed a light coat of glossy varnish on the whole to protect it for years to come. It measures 105 cm in height, 45 cm at the widest by 32 cm deep at the base. It weighs about 1.8 kg. For shipping, it will probably be disassembled into two parts: the base and the rest, it will be enough to screw the set (2 screws) using a screwdriver or even a simple knife blade.
