Studio armchair

This studio armchair from the 30s is incomparable comfort thanks to its suspended springs. In addition, it has a backrest tilt mechanism* that invites total relaxation! It has been completely redone, as it was originally: suspended windlasses with new springs (seat and backrest), vegetable horsehair trim (partially recovered and completed), hemp canvases, cotton, cotton wool. The woodwork was sanded white, then stained (golden cherry) and satin with a hard bottom. It is covered with a very trendy curl fabric (barely off-white weft, well-knitted loop: it can marry without problem with other white elements). The white lacquered nails give it a very elegant finish. (* thanks to 2 manually operated targets on the back of the backrest).
