Vintage Cesca Chair: 1970s Marcel Breuer Chrome Cane Chair

The classy Cesca Chair was designed in 1928 by Marcel Breuer. In that time, it was the first such tubular-steel frame caned seat type of chair that was mass-produced. One of the original ones from that time sits in MoMA. It is known as one of the most important chairs of the 20th century. White wooden frame, cane seat and backrest, and tubular chrome base. The chair was produced in around the 1970s in Italy. The chair is in vintage condition with original patina. There are quite a few scratches on the wooden frame. Wicker is without tear. Chrome has some rusty marks (check photos), mostly on the bottom side, where it is not seen when the chair stands by itself. Please, see photos for more details and let us know if you need more.
