Large decorative plate in French earthenware, entirely hand-painted, dating from the 1960s-1970s. This piece is charming with its spontaneous and vibrant floral decoration, executed with a brush in a traditional palette of cobalt blue, yellow, soft green, and powder pink. Its elegant scalloped edge highlighted with a wide blue line enhances a floral composition inspired by the French region. The reverse shows traces of firing on supports, indicating artisanal production, as well as a workshop number R-510. An authentic piece that will naturally find its place in a chic country kitchen, a Provençal interior, or a wabi-sabi decoration. Condition Excellent condition. No cracks. No restoration. Beautiful shiny glaze. A few very slight original irregularities related to artisanal manufacturing.
