Lcw (lounge chair wood) in walnut. First-generation chair sold by herman miller, but still manufactured by evans plywood in 1948-1949. Recognizable by the 5-2-5 screw arrangement below that was only used by evans. From 1950, herman miller resumed production. Original label under the chair, as well as the 'walnut' mark in pencil during production. New finish, excellent condition.
