The No. 41 by Féliu Ventura is often found in this configuration, with a heavy foot support piece that is overly ornate with intertwined scrolls. Here is one by Luis Suay (Valencia), which has the same overall architecture but is equipped with a patented, sturdy, and original cross foot support piece.
