Mid-Century Modern Teak Tray: Scandinavian String Tray by NYBRO, Sweden

This is a rather long tray which is a typical example of elegance meeting practicality. The teak veneer is thin, yet still very solid, a great example of functional minimalist design. The shape is streamlined with a black metal string construction on the sides, legs, and handles, and these trays were often used for serving small dishes. Today, it can be used as an ornamental object or as a serving tray, thus making it both equally beautiful and useful. They are 57cm (22.44") long, 15cm (5.90") wide, and 6.5cm (2.55") high, and are in really good condition, showing very little usage given their age.
