The 'Borówka' ladle is an artistic product from Poland from the 1920s, made by the Norblin factory from silver-plated brass. The slender, long handle harmoniously connects with the deep, semicircular bowl. The matte surface is covered with local patina, contrasting with the gentle metallic sheen, especially inside the bowl. The handle is decorated with a raised ornament of blueberries and leaves, combining the soft lines of Art Nouveau with the geometric discipline of early Art Deco. The lower part of the handle is wide and oval, surrounded by wavy, asymmetrical plant decorations, smoothly transitioning into a grooved handle with decorative bands. The construction is cohesive, with a smooth transition between the bowl and the handle and no visible joints. There are microscopic scratches, minor discolorations, and local wear of the plating, especially on the raised parts and edges. The piece retains all original details and is in very good condition – without deep dents or damage, with authentic patina highlighting its age and collectible value.
