Forest green stained parchment coffee table by Aldo Tura, 1960s

Very beautiful large parchment coffee table published by aldo tura in milan, italy in the 1960s. Characteristic of aldo tura's work, parchment is a dyed and lacquered goatskin which gives its nuances and this absolutely superb stitching. Very rare in this forest green color tending in the light parts to emerald green, between burgundy and purple. It has been entirely re-lacquered with a transparent lacquer, and re-polished, and is in superb condition. Truly a very beautiful decorative piece, typical of the 1960s and the production of aldo tura.
