Vintage Le Corbusier armchair in bent wood. Armchair known as Le Corbusier dating from the beginning of the 20th century (around 1910) in curved wood by the house of J&J Kohn. Beautiful patina of the wood. The seat is a wooden slab. A favorite of the French architect. Le Corbusier who used them in several of his buildings. It is rare to find them with their original pressed wood seat. This chair had a personal appeal for Corbusier who chose this specific model to furnish his own workshop in Paris. Note: 2 screws were changed on the side (see photos) + 1 bolt was also replaced. Hardly readable stamp. Length 53 cm. Width 50 cm. Height 78 cm. Seat height 47 cm.
