Iron earth soup tureen, Sarreguemines, Eglantine model

Prestigious Sarreguemines ironstone tureen, Églantine model. Circa 1880. Beautifully decorated with blue printed flowers on a creamy white background, with two solid handles and complete with its lid with handle. It is in good overall condition, but has some stains from use on the inside, as well as a chip on the inside rim (not visible with the lid on). Dimensions: with lid: 31 X 20 X 22 cm / tureen alone (without the handles): 22 X 12.5 X 22 cm. Capacity: 2.5 liters. Carefully packaged.
