RARE - ANTIQUE DECORATIVE FAIENCE PLATE - BEAUTIFUL DELECOURT QUIMPER - HAND-PAINTED ENAMELLED ART (Isabelle Delecourt - renowned ceramist born in 1915) - she worked for 30 years in QUIMPER where she settled in 1946 - at HB HENRIOT QUIMPER - (she also attended evening classes at the Fine Arts) Her art evolved towards more abstract forms in the 1970s before she left QUIMPER permanently as she approached her 100th birthday. The museum and friends of the faïence of QUIMPER pay tribute to her.
