The top cap has a notch on each side to prevent the candle from popping out. It comes with its original smoke-colored glass dome, a very rare and beautiful item! It is in good condition with some wear on the coating, but no damage, cracks or chips. Slight unevenness along the edge/bottom of the glass dome.
