Vintage 1950s Handmade Vine wood & oak Bar Stool. Probably made in France, 1950's / 60's period. Vine / Wine wood constructed legs with a solid oak round slab as seat. They come in very good, all original condition. The chairs are stable and comfortable to sit on. Measurements: (heights, just as wides, differ) From lowest to highest stool: 70cm/72/74/76 cm X 41cm X 46cm. 70 cm ~27.56 inches. 72 cm ~28.35 inches. 74 cm ~29.13 inches. 76 cm ~29.92 inches. 41 cm ~16.14 inches. 46 cm ~18.11 inches. The rough, sculptural shapes of the grape branches (vinewood), are characteristic examples of the brutalist style. The chairs are unique pieces of furniture, handmade with a robust, architectural look. They will fit many kinds of interiors.
