Peppermint. Title: Peppermint Cyanotype – Botanical Print A5 "Les Simples" Description: Square stems, serrated leaves, and one of the most recognizable scents of the garden. Peppermint has always accompanied herbal teas after meals. Its fresh silhouette stands out here against an intense Prussian blue, as if taken from an old herbarium. Original cyanotype on 300 g/m² paper. A5 format: 14.8 × 21 cm. Ready to frame (frame not included) Care instructions: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and humidity. An acid-free mat is recommended for framing. The process: Cyanotype is an ancient photographic process, invented in 1842 by John Herschel and popularized by Anna Atkins in her herbariums. The paper is sensitized by hand, exposed to sunlight or UV light, and then rinsed with water: the Prussian blue appears and the plant stands out in white. Each sheet is handmade, so slight variations in shade and edges make each piece unique.
