Botanical display cabinet console

A little gem of display furniture. Entrance console, professional furniture or why not both! This handcrafted piece of furniture was in the small orange grove in the garden of an old mansion. The middle shelf is a bamboo shelf. It allows you to place fruit without it being damaged thanks to the air that passes between the slats. The patinated white color has been retained. The fabric on which we place the fruits of our picking to dry them or place them gently before consuming them or painting them, was worn out and therefore replaced by a fabric of pure old linen. The paper that covered the damaged furniture base was replaced with almond green wallpaper, just like the window background paper. Above, the centerpiece of this small piece of furniture, the original display case in thick beveled glass is not damaged and allows you to display your herbarium, your jewelry, or both! Truly rare piece with lots of charm and small footprint.
