Vintage Murano glass table lamp by Peill & Putzler, Germany 1970s

This beautiful vintage table lamp by Peill & Putzler dates from the 1970s and features a hand-blown Murano glass base with an original silk shade. The organic shape of the glass and tiny air bubbles give the lamp a soft, distinctive character. The lamp has two light sources, one in the base and one beneath the shade, which can be switched on separately or together. It creates a warm, atmospheric light and looks equally striking when illuminated or switched off. A beautiful example of 1970s German design, well suited to eclectic and contemporary interiors.
