Danish vintage pendant lamp Doo Wop by Henning Klok, Louis Poulsen, 1950s

The doo-wop pendant lamp is a timeless design from the 1950s, created in collaboration with the danish navy. Initially known as the “navy pendant”, it was widely used in military buildings due to its exceptional light quality and versatile form. After years of absence, the lamp returned to the louis poulsen range in 2012. Each lamp is hand-stamped, with a characteristically rolled edge, which gives it lightness and depth. Doo-wop combines history, quality and style – perfect for modern and classic interiors. Dimensions: Diameter: 28cm. Height: 25cm. The lamp is in excellent condition, covered with a natural patina. The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, the cable has been replaced with a new, braided one. The lamp comes with a new metal canopy. The lamps are shipped from denmark.
