Entirely hand-knotted, pure wool, vegetable dyes, size 385x295. These rugs are knotted in the city of Kashmir, in the northeast of Iran, known for its excellent quality, sturdy, double knotted, double weave rugs. These rugs are renowned for their unique and quite rare zirhaki pattern today with inscriptions from the poetry of Omar Kayam. They generally only come in large sizes.
