Very beautiful and elegant pair of sconces by helena tynell for glashütte limburg germany in the 60s. Very decorative, the sconces are made of thick bubbled glass and each work with 2 e27 bulbs. The glass bubbles are a graphic bias specific to helena tynell who is known for her work and her quality achievements. The chrome outline shows traces of oxidation (especially for the b sconces, see photos) in line with their age and the decades crossed. This oxidation gives a certain charm and more authenticity to the sconces. Dimensions: total diameter 32cm, glass diameter 25 cm and thickness 9 cm.
