Cheese platter & bamboo barbotine knife. 1960

This vintage yellow ceramic cheese platter in the Vallauris style features a raised bamboo pattern. Its matching knife resembles a wine barrel cork, a perfect match! No frills, its design is minimalist yet vibrant, the lines are energetic and the colour stimulating. Yum yum. There are only minor enamel jumps on the knife.
