Mid-century Danish plastic table lamp by Flemming Brylle & Preben Jacobsen

This mid-century table lamp was designed by Flemming Brylle and Preben Jacobsen. It is a rare version in smoked glass. The lightness of the design lies particularly in the materiality and transparency. The lamp's base structure consists of transparent acrylic ribs, five of which are fixed in a star shape. The diffusers or reflectors are thin strips of opaque and flexible plastic that are inserted between the acrylic ribs, thus giving the lamp its characteristic shape and light effect. The lamp features a cord switch.
