'Le Surrepos' by Dr. Pascaud is a work from the 1920s. The piece has been completely reupholstered. Le Corbusier provided the reference for this armchair, designed for therapeutic purposes, to Charlotte Perriand, so that she could use it as inspiration for the LC4 chaise longue. Tilting seat with articulated mechanism. Upholstered in yellow ochre cashmere. Geometric walnut wood base. The articulated armrests open outward like a butterfly for effortless lifting.
