The production period is estimated to be between 1877 and 1895, a time when the Saint-Amand-les-Eaux pottery factory produced its finest printed designs, demonstrating high-quality industrial expertise combined with elegant craftsmanship. On the reverse, the authentic monkey stamp, depicting a small seated monkey holding a globe or shield, underscores the rarity and sought-after nature of this piece. It is emblematic of the factory.
