19th Century Napoleon Marquetry Gilt Bronze Pear Wood Console

Rare and beautiful planter from the 19th century, in napoleon III style and period, in pear wood, a very light wood. With its own top, full marquetry, gilt bronze, can be used as an elegant console, a divider inside can store some small objects. If used as planter, the top can be used as a tray, with bronze handles. The feet can be also removed, it is a very versatile and smart piece of furniture. Circa 1860. Good condition.
