Baroque style bed headboard from the 70s

Cod. 0681. Elegant bed headboard from the 70s/80s. Furniture composed of a panel covered in very pleasant damask fabric with carved and antique gilded wooden decoration. Headboard with great charm and strong visual impact. Ancient baroque wooden elements reused to create this fabulous upper decoration (see photo). Furniture to be fixed to the wall as a headboard for a double bed (maximum length of the lower part in fabric 189 cm). There are two metal hooks on the back for wall mounting. Gilding resumed during the 20th century, in fair condition with some loss of color (see photo). Unique piece of furniture, difficult to find, for antique dealers and interior designers. Structurally sound, fabric in good condition, overall in good state of conservation.
