Ilmari Tapiovaara Pirkka Coffee Table for Laukaan Puu Finland 1955

Charming coffee table from the pirkka series, designed by ilmari tapiovaara in 1955 for laukaan puu, finland. It has a solid pine top, which consists of 3 parts nicely connected by dowels and is supported by 2 pine wooden blocks. This beautiful coffee table in japanese style is quite rare and not offered a lot. The table is in good condition. The top is refinished some time ago. 1 tiny repair at the base (last photo).
