Handmade J. Adnet style mirror in brown vegetable-tanned leather, ø 70 cm

The Design & Craftsmanship. This iconic circular wall mirror is a meticulous tribute to the legendary Art Deco designs of Jacques Adnet from the 1950s. Adhering strictly to the original dimensions, materials, and production principles of the master designer, each piece is entirely hand-cut and hand-stitched (saddle-stitched) in my workshop. Premium Materials. • Leather: I use only the highest quality, 3.5-4 mm thick vegetable-tanned anilin dyed dark brown leather. The frame width is a substantial 7 cm, while the elegant hanging straps are 3.5 cm wide. • Hardware: The mirror features three solid brass buckles. The bespoke wall-mounting hardware is custom-turned from solid brass by a traditional artisan in Istanbul’s historic Galata district.
