Pair midcentury Italian rattan wicker pine brass scallop wall sconces 1970s

Pair of Italian Rattan Scallop Wall Sconces, Pine and Brass, 1970s. Each shade is a fan-shaped scallop of woven rattan cane, edged and ribbed with fabric tape. The shade sits on a half-sphere pine wood mount with a curved brass arm and brass E27 socket. The light gives a warm, filtered glow and casts a soft woven pattern on the wall. Both sconces have been rewired and fitted with a cord and inline switch but needless to say can also be installed ( hardwired ) directly into the wall, Each sconce has a mounting eye at the top of the fitting, so it can simply be hung on a screw or L-shaped hook in the wall. No bracket needed. Dimensions (each): H 33 X W 31 X D 17 cm. Fitting: 1 X E27. Electrics: rewired, with cord and inline switch.
