Service of 11 flat plates in fine earthenware stamped KG Lunéville, a Lorraine manufacturer recognised for its productions between the end of the 19th century and the mid-20th century. Consistent dating: circa 1930–1940. Structured decoration in alternating frieze: a cobalt blue grid with graphic accents, rhythmically complemented by stylised red and blue floral cartouches. A very controlled balance between geometry and plant motif, typical of the transitional productions between Art Deco and regional tradition. Each plate features a slight relief in the centre with concentric rings, a discreet signature of the turning and shaping. Diameter: 23 cm. Height: 2.5 cm. Homogeneous set. One plate has a chip on the edge, visible in the photo. The rest of the service maintains a beautiful overall condition. This type of decoration works immediately on the table as well as in wall presentation. A strong visual repetition, almost textile, that captures the eye without ever overwhelming. #earthenware #luneville #kg #artdeco #antiquechina #vintagetable. Price: €100.
