Ancient painting of an exotic landscape with pyramids and figures from the 1800s.

Oil on canvas. Signed at the bottom left "Baldasar". The view depicts a landscape reminiscent of Egypt: in the foreground, a stream, a wide river with small boats moored, and along the bank, veiled women carrying water skins on their heads; palm trees shade the houses on the banks, and in the background, beyond the cultivated fields, several pyramids rise. The sunset, with its pink hues in the sky, creates a suggestive effect, reflecting on the water. The painting is presented in guilloché frames.
