Alessandro Mendini x Luigi Ontani Limited Vase with Lid 100% Make-Up, Alessi, 1992

A postmodern porcelain vase in a limited edition with a lid from the first edition of the "100% Make-Up" series by Alessi Tendentse, Italy, released in 1992. The shape of the vase was designed by Alessandro Mendini. As part of this project, 100 contemporary artists, including Luigi Ontani, created unique decorations. Each design was produced in only 100 copies, totalling 10, 000 vases. This is vase number 64 with a design and decoration by Luigi Ontani. The vase is in excellent condition, marked and numbered 06306/10, 000 on the bottom. It comes with the book '100% MAKE UP' which explains the project and illustrates all the designs.
