Buffet base Waring & Gillow

Art Deco sideboard by Waring & Gillow from the early 1930s, in the style of Pierre Chareau (who worked for Waring & Gillow). Superb stepped design and very nice proportions. Exterior in mirrored walnut veneer, interior in mahogany. It is very spacious, with two glass shelves, a large drawer, and two internal cutlery drawers in addition to the three large compartments. Very good condition for a nearly century-old piece of furniture. Recently used as a TV unit.
