Handmade Iranian carpet 100% wool – 158 x 244 cm (image 1)

Magnificent handwoven Iranian carpet made of pure wool. Dimensions: 158 X 244 cm. Very beautiful traditional decor in shades of red, burgundy, and ivory. The carpet is in generally good condition, with no holes or tears. The borders and fringes are present, and the carpet remains perfectly usable and decorative. However, please note: Significant discolouration is visible on about half of the carpet, caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight. The other half, protected under a bed, has retained its original colours. The border on the sun-exposed side is more worn due to frequent foot traffic in this area, while the opposite border remains in excellent condition. The fringes on one side are also more worn due to exposure and repeated foot traffic. These defects are visible in the photos and have been taken into account in the price. Despite these signs of wear, this carpet retains a lot of charm and makes a beautiful decorative piece for a living room, bedroom, or character home.
