Dish plate in Terre de Fer XIXth, Choisy-Le-Roi

Superb large plate or round dish in iron earth, earthenware of choisy-le-roi, late nineteenth. Bigger than a plate and smaller than a dish. Decor of ears of wheat and dragonflies. Stamped in hollow hb on the reverse (hippolyte boulenger). A remnant of the label is still present on the reverse (see photo). In very good condition, there are minimal traces of use but the earthenware is beautiful, clean and shiny without spot. No chips, no cracks, no gins. No trace of shock. The décor is in a nice deep blue. A beautiful rare piece. Diameter: 26 cm. Height: 2.8 cm. Weight: 0.5 kg.
