Small Mahogany Chest of Drawers, Empire Style – Part 1 of the 20th Century

This small chiffonnière chest of drawers "all faces" in solid mahogany and burl mahogany veneer, opens in the belt with a drawer fitted with a notch underneath to facilitate the pulling. Set back, two other higher drawers are each furnished with two bowl knobs in chiseled brass. This small Empire style piece of furniture has detached columns dressed in the upper part with ornate bronze rings and ending with chiseled collars. The rear uprights are straight.
