Pair of Louis XVI convertible armchairs

Suite of 2 louis XVI convertible armchairs with medallion back in walnut molded with rough and tinted grooves with natural white patina. The large padded flat backrest, in the shape of a medallion is carved on its outline and trimmed with turquoise green velvet. The turquoise green velvet cuff shoulders are positioned horizontally and end in console. The well-trimmed seat of turquoise green velvet takes on a rounded trapeze shape. It rests on a belt with carved decoration. Connection dice ensure the link with the rough fluted tapered base. In good condition, solid, comfortable, and equipped with pretty patinas, they just need a good cleaning. Seat height 42 cm.
