This beautiful navy was created by the antwerp painter romain steppe (1859-1927) He was inspired by the seascapes. The colours of his palette are typical of the north sea: a wide range of greens and greys. It's a wood painting. Table size: 26cmx15.5cm. The golden frame, imposing, is made of wood, molded in plaster stucco. Part of the edges suffered, which is classic in this type of frame. The set dates from the late 19th, early 20th century.
