Pair of Louis XVI style wall lamps, Lucien Gau, Paris

Beautiful pair of large louis XVI style wall lamps, from the famous french bronzier: lucien gau. Manufacturer of the faubourg saint antoine, in paris. Manufacture of the second half of the twentieth century. Bronze fabrication. Original gilding and patina, good condition (some scratches in places). The sconces are decorated with beads, windings, urns and foliage. They are electrified and tested. The candles are made of wood, good condition (some lacks). They are stamped and numbered on the back (see last photo). Size:  height: 37.50 cm.  width: 29, 00 cm.  depth: 14, 00 cm.  total weight: 3, 50 kg(s).
