Large decorative covered box / sweet jar in yellow earthenware, decorated with flowering branches and fruits in polychrome glazes. Significant patinated gilded brass mount, richly worked, with a design of flowers, foliage, interlacing, and rocaille feet. Removable lid with a leaf-shaped handle. Elegant decorative work from the 20th century, in the Napoléon III style, combining earthenware, polychrome enamel decoration, and a rich gilded brass mount. A very beautiful decorative object for a console, chest of drawers, display cabinet, sideboard, or classic-style interior.
