Very large dining table by lella & massimo vignelli for acerbis, italy 1980 serenissimo model large opaline glass top: 125 X 225 cm 4 hand-painted frosted steel legs this iconic table has the particularity of joining the aesthetic codes of the memphis movement to the traditional technique of "encausto": also called venetian stucco: consisting of a mixture of marble dust and lime: applied by hand and covering the table legs. Each table produced by acerbis is therefore unique: both in its nuances and in its patterns. Encausto-coated steel structure and black steel frame supporting a 15 mm thick frosted glass slab.
