The top is particularly remarkable for its marble marquetry work: a fine inlay of brown-red marble creates a contrasting geometric frame around its perimeter, elegantly highlighting the proportions of the piece. The table rests on an imposing central architectural base, also clad in marble, composed of stacked geometric volumes.
