3 arm vespa green patina Jieldé lamp on cast iron base

Only time can give metal such a beautiful patina. Also with this vespa green 3 arms jieldé table or floor lamp. Designed by the french engineer jean-louis domecq in the 1950s. He invented a fantastic system with sliding contacts in the connections from arm to arm. As a result, the lamp can be placed in almost any position. This lamp came straight from an old workshop and we bought it at a market in france. We have taken this lamp apart, cleaned it and provided it with a layer of clear lacquer. This makes the drawings in the metal even more beautiful. We then mounted this lamp on a large cast iron base and fitted it with a new twisted fabric cord and plug. The cast iron foot has a beautiful shape and is still many times more beautiful than a boring brake disc. The lamp has an original b22 bayonet fitting as shown in the photo. This lamp is adjustable from a minimum of 50 cm to a maximum of 155 cm high. An industrial classic that will look great on a sideboard or as a reading lamp in your living room. H 120 / w 60 / d 25.
