50s milk jug ceramic pastel green

50s ceramic pastel green, milk jug, small ceramic jug, country house. Pretty, bulbous ceramic jug in pastel green. It dates from the 50s/60s and has a fireproof base, as these jugs used to be placed directly on the cooker. It is in good condition, with a slight glaze defect on the rim, see photo.
