Postmodern Sculptural Armchair in Black Metal and Pink Red Silk Padding, 1980

This fantastic Italian postmodern sculptural armchair was made in the 1980s. It is crafted from black painted metal and features a pink and red silk cover. Large silk flowers adorn the ends of the armrests, adding a unique artistic flair. This is a very rare and distinctive piece of furniture designed in the style of Carla Tolomeo or Fabrizio Corneli. The armchair is not only visually striking but also quite comfortable. It remains in good vintage condition with minor imperfections, such as small spots on the seat padding, as shown in the photos.
