1960s “508” chair by Geoffrey Harcourt for Artifort, the Netherlands

A beautiful swivel chair model 508, designed by Geoffrey Harcourt, manufactured by Artifort in the Netherlands around 1970. A highly recognisable and very comfortable piece of mid-century design! The rounded seat and backrest have an ergonomic design and provide fantastic seating comfort as well as a beautiful appearance. It is upholstered in the original high-quality white fabric. The round, white plastic swivel base matches the design perfectly and allows for the ideal lounge experience when seated in this eye-catching piece! Labeled on the base as shown in photos. It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
