This charming vintage dressing table made of rattan and bamboo from the 1960s is filled with poetry and retro softness. It stands out for its superb wickerwork, particularly on its three front drawers adorned with fine rattan stems and equipped with original bamboo handles. Practical and aesthetic, it features a lovely openwork gallery on the upper surface and a rectangular mirror perfectly integrated in the centre. The mirror is bevelled, adding a delightful touch. This mirror is screwed in and removable, so it can easily be taken off to transform the dressing table into an inspiring desk. Its asymmetrical tapered bamboo legs give it a light silhouette and incredible charm. Height of the surface is 72cm. The surface is covered with original black vinyl, which also covers the exteriors of the drawers. The interior is painted black, a paint that does not seem original but suits it wonderfully. From the 1960s, this dressing table remains in good overall condition. The rattan and bamboo structure is sound, stable, and solid. The three drawers slide well. Note: the mirror has a few slight usage marks that attest to its authenticity and give it a beautiful vintage patina. Ideal for a bedroom, a boudoir, or even repurposed as a small auxiliary desk, it will fit beautifully into a bohemian chic, Scandinavian, or vintage style decor.
