Typewriter Japy circa 1950

Japy typewriter from the 1950s is one of the portable ones called "p6". Portable and mechanical, it is particularly solid because everything is metal. Its cabinet is made of wood covered with thick paper, which is why it has been more damaged by years and humidity. Nevertheless it still plays its role and firm (no key). The machine is in its juice with traces and stains of use, oxidation on the metal parts. Beautiful object of decoration or work. In working order, azerty keyboard. The original black universal ink ribbon still works but a little pale (can be purchased on amazon - 12.7 mm/13 mm). Machine mounted on the original tray/support. Total weight 6 kg.
