A lovely spring soliflore in slipware representing a white and pink tulip with its long green leaves. Slipware involves adding relief in clay to pottery. It is stamped underneath "FG". This indicates that it was made in the workshops of the Italian ceramist Francesco Guarino in the 1970s/80s. It is a handcrafted and rare piece, with each step being done by hand.
